What the service is

AlphaPulse AI is an analytics tool. It reads a broker statement you upload and shows what you hold, how it is concentrated, how it performed and how it sits against the benchmark and mandate you chose.

It is not a broker, adviser or custodian. It does not hold assets, place orders or connect to your broker account.

Not investment advice

Nothing in the service is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Scores, plans and AI-generated text are analytical output based on historical data and the inputs you provide. Past performance does not predict future returns. You make your own decisions and carry their consequences. If you need advice, consult a licensed financial adviser.

Accuracy

Figures are derived from your statement and from third-party market data, which can be late, incomplete or wrong. AI-generated text can be mistaken. Check every figure against your broker records before acting on it.

The service is in beta. Features may change, and some may be added or removed.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give a valid email address.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Upload only statements you are entitled to use.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or use it to break the law.

Plans and payment

• The free plan is free and has the limits shown in the app.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in Ukrainian hryvnia, in advance, through WayForPay. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout and renews at that amount each month until you cancel.
• If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies only to new subscriptions. We will tell you before any change to an active subscription.
• If a renewal payment fails and is not settled, paid features stop and the account returns to the free plan. Your data is kept.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription. No further payments are taken, and paid features remain available until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach, we refund the unused part of the current period.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, but provide it as is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses or for decisions you make based on the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We will try to resolve any dispute by email first.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
