Refund Policy

Cancel any time

Cancel in Settings → Subscription. Your subscription will not renew, and paid features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

First payment: 14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with your first payment for a plan, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No explanation needed.

Other refunds

• Charged twice, or charged after you cancelled: full refund of the wrong charge.
• The service was unavailable for a large part of a paid period because of a fault on our side: a refund for that period.
• Otherwise, renewal payments are not refunded for partly used periods; cancelling stops the next one.

How to ask

Write to support@apulseai.com from the email on your account and include the payment date. We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through WayForPay; your bank usually shows them within 3–10 business days.
